TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • “Gifts of Joy – Surprise Gem of Celebration” (“the Campaign”) is organised by Marketing & Promotions of BTSKL (hereby known as “the Organiser”).
  • The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the terms and conditions as stipulated herein at any time without prior notice.
ELIGIBILITY
  • The Campaign period is from 8 August – 16 September 2025 or such extended date as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Organiser.
  • The Campaign is open to all shoppers of Berjaya Times Square Mall, Kuala Lumpur, aged 18 and above (“Eligible Participants”).
  • Employees of the Organiser and its tenants, partners, sponsors, event agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
  • Eligible Participants must follow Berjaya Times Square’s Official Facebook, Instagram or Tiktok @BerjayaTimesSquareKL.

REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS
  • Eligible Participants must login/register BTSKL E-Voucher System.
  • Eligible Participants may only register one account, and it must correspond with their identification card number; each account is limited to a maximum of three (3) redemptions per day, and a total of ten (10) redemptions throughout the Campaign period.
  • Eligible Participants who provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information will be disqualified from the campaign.
  • Prizes that available for redemption:

  • Eligible Participants are required to select the section of Surprise Gem Machine to play as requirement as below:

Tier 1 Section

  • Eligible Participants are entitled to redeem one (1) Tier 1 game token with a minimum spending of RM150 in no more than three (3) same-day receipts for both shopping and redemption.

Tier 2 Section

  • Eligible Participants are entitled to redeem one (1) Tier 2 game token with a minimum spending of RM250 in no more than five (5) same-day receipts for both shopping and redemption.
  • Redemption is available daily from 11:00AM – 8:00PM during the Campaign period. Eligible Participants who come in after the above stipulated time and date will not be entertained.
  • Only Original receipt(s) are accepted. Manual or outdated receipts without the name or logo of the shops are deemed invalid and the entry will be disqualified automatically.
  • Tenants and their employees are strictly prohibited from redeeming on behalf of their customers.
  • Eligible Participants may be requested to produce the purchased item(s) as proof of purchase.
  • Bill payment and purchases from service outlets including Touch ‘n Go, money changer facilities, banking or ATM transactions, reload and top up bill(s) are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
  • Redemptions are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
  • The Organiser reserves its absolute discretion to reject any redemption if it finds the said transaction(s) is questionable of its validity/authenticity. The decision of the Organiser is final and conclusive.

SPECIAL GRAND PRIZES
  • A total of sixty-five (65) units of grand prizes will be given out throughout the Campaign. The special grand prizes include Samsung Galaxy S25 (256GB), Sony PlayStation 5, Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 FE with keyboard, Dyson Hair Dryer, Marshall Acton III Speaker, RM1,000 Cash Prize Shopping Spree, Decathlon Adult Scooter Town 7XI, Samsung Galaxy Watch7, Qi Odyssey RM500 Cash Vouchers, Fujifilm Instax Mini 12, Xiaomi Smart Air Purifier 4 Lite, Xiaomi Watch S4, Samsung Galaxy Buds3, BTS Theme Park Annual Pass and RM200 Starbucks Gift Card.
  • Images of the prizes shown in any promotional materials, advertisements, publicities and other materials relating to the Campaign are solely for illustrative purposes only and may not depict the actual prizes.
  • Prizes are subjected to the terms and conditions set by the vendor (if applicable). To the extent permitted by law, the Organiser and its agents are not responsible for all liabilities arising from any deferment, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize’s details or any unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable.

Shopping Spree Cash Prizes Winner

  • For the winner who have won the Shopping Spree Prize, He/She shall notify the Organiser of the list of item(s) and/or service(s) He/She wishes to purchase by submitting their wish list within one (1) week from the agreed meet up date for purchase.
    • The Shopping Spree money must be spent at any stores in Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur (Touch ‘n Go top-up and utility payments (including prepaid top-up card), money changer facilities) and is non-transferable to any person.
    • The Shopping Spree winner shall be accompanied by the Organiser on an agreed date and time (Monday to Friday from 10:00AM – 12:30PM, 2:00PM – 4:30PM; public holidays and weekends not included) to purchase the item(s) on the submitted wish list at Berjaya Times Square Mall, Kuala Lumpur.
    • If the Shopping Spree winner purchases a product/service that costs more than the prize money won, He/She shall pay the difference in costs immediately.
  • All Winners are required to redeem their prize at Berjaya Times Square Management Corporation (Postal No. 08-33, level 8, west) within two (2) weeks from the date of the winning. (Monday to Friday from 10:00AM – 5:00PM; public holidays and weekends not included).
  • All Winners who are non-Malaysian residents must redeem their winnings within one (1) week from the date of winning. (Monday to Friday from 10:00AM – 5:00PM; public holidays and weekends not included).
  • Any delay in claiming, the prizes shall be forfeited without any notice or liability to the Organiser.
  • The prizes are non-transferable, non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be offered. In the event of unavailability, the Organiser reserves the right to substitute the prizes with an equivalent kind or value without prior notice.
  • All Winners are required to provide their original NRIC/Passport for verification to claim their prizes, which same with detail of e-voucher system.
  • All Winners that require a representative to claim their prizes on their behalf must ensure that their representative provides a letter of authorisation issued by the Winner along with a copy of the Winner and the representative’s valid identification document.
  • All Winners shall be personally liable for all costs and expenses that may be incurred pursuant to the collection, usage or utilization of the prize, including but not limited to insurance, taxes, fees or any other related costs and expenses.
  • All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the participant and are awarded by the organiser without any warranty, express or implied. Any warranty claims, defects, or service matters must be directed to the respective manufacturer or brand. The organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or repairs arising from the use of the prizes.
  • The Organiser will not be responsible or liable for any loss in connection with the Campaign, including but not limited to the following:
    • Any problem, loss, or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in receiving and/or sending the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure of internet line. This includes error in notification of the Campaign’s winners, omission, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction or unauthorised access to entries, PC hang whether arising due to server function, virus, bug or other causes beyond its control.
    • Any problem, expenses, damage, loss, suits and claims of whatsoever notice against any Eligible Participants that may arise due to their participation in this Campaign and/or display of Eligible Participant’s entries.
  • All Winners are required to complete the Indemnity Form and Personal Data Protection consent form upon Redemption of the items. He/She acknowledges that in respect of any Personal Information disclosed by him/her to the Organiser: a) he/she is authorized to disclose such Personal Information; b) such disclosure complies with Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and any Privacy Legislation from any country, within the geographical scope of the Redemption; c) he/she has consented to the use of such Personal Information by the Organiser (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to the Organiser’s external agencies or third parties); he/she have read, understand and agreed to this Terms and Conditions and consent to the processing of Personal Data as described in the Organiser’s Privacy Policy.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to vary, amend, delete and/or modify the rules and regulations herein without prior notice.
  • The Organiser’s decisions are final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.

OTHERS
  • By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants warrant that all statement, personal details are true, correct, accurate and complete and they have read and understood all the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign and agree to be unconditionally bound by it. 
  • By participating in the Campaign, all Eligible Participants shall agree to appear in internet, videos, photographs, write ups which may be used in advertising (any form of media) or other materials of the Organiser. Eligible Participants shall not be entitled to any payment for such use, or for any re-use, and acknowledge that all copyright, including the right to reproduce likeness or image shall belong to the Organiser absolutely; and to release and discharge the Organiser from any claim in relation to the Organiser’s use of likeness or image.
  • All decision(s) made by the Organiser pertaining to the Campaign and/or cancellation thereof shall be at its sole and absolute discretion and shall be final and conclusive. Appeal(s) will not be entertained.
