Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and composing letters, memos, and other written communications.
  • Providing administrative support to top executives by coordinating meetings, answering phones.
  • Keep up to date files and maintain an effective and efficient filing system.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Scheduling meetings and writing down detailed minutes.
  • Project management skills and bookkeeping skills.
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
  • Assisting Project managers on any necessity tasks.
