Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for ensuring that all areas within the mall are clean, well-maintained, and safe for visitors: –
  • Podium and car park lobbies
  • Toilets
  • Internal and external landscape maintenance
  • Waste disposal services
  • Pest control services via daily/periodic inspections with the housekeeping services contractors.
• Involve supervising a team of cleaners and managing day-to-day cleaning operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and safety standards.
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring availability and functionality.
• Coordinating with mall management for special events, and handling customer or tenant complaints related to hygiene.
• Handle cleanliness-related complaints for prompt resolution.
