Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of the mall by preventing theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Assist mall visitors with safety concerns, provide directions, and respond to emergencies, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.
- Observe criminals’ actions, develop source of information and assist in the arrest.
- Monitor mall activity through CCTV systems and patrolling to identify suspicious behaviour or potential security threats.
- Be alert and responsive towards any incident happened in the Complex.
- Escort VIPs and monitor events in order to ensure events run smoothly.
- Work closely with police to report and resolve criminal incidents, providing detailed accounts and evidence.
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, including thefts, suspicious behaviour, or safety concerns, and maintain records for future reference.
