Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Payment processing.
  • Official receipt.
  • Journal vouchers.
  • Preparation of monthly schedules.
  • Reconciliation.
  • Expenses analysis.
  • To maintain and prepare SST / GST report and submission.
  • Review workflows and processes and identify areas needed for improvement / implement the enhancement to be more efficient with accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Assist in monitoring the financial status of the closing procedure, including preparation of statutory accounts and relevant disclosure and coordination of the overall process.
  • To execute and assist in monitoring all related matters on cash flow management and payment arrangement.
  • Liaise with external parties, eg. auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bankers.
  • Ensure that all management and statutory reporting submissions are made promptly and accurately.
  • To assist in the preparation of reports for the management team.
