Car Park Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure that all the equipments are functioning efficiently
  • Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements
  • Maintains various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of
    the Car Park.
  • Follow the Car Park operating procedures and manuals.
  • Prepares and submits reports to include incident and accident reports, maintenance
    defaults, customer complaints, and special requests from the Executives and above.
  • Promotes and creates a Customer Service Environment.
  • Check technical conditions of barriers, intercoms and automatic payment machines,
    and coordinate any request with the Executives and above.
  • Make sure that each car park and level is attended to, clean and well operational.
  • Participate in the daily collection procedures and reports to be submitted to Finance
    department.
  • Print reports from the central parking management system and co-ordinate with
    Executives and above
