Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all the equipments are functioning efficiently
- Monitoring daily activities at car park including traffic and crowd movements
- Maintains various record keeping manuals/logs relative to the operational aspects of
the Car Park. - Follow the Car Park operating procedures and manuals.
- Prepares and submits reports to include incident and accident reports, maintenance
defaults, customer complaints, and special requests from the Executives and above. - Promotes and creates a Customer Service Environment.
- Check technical conditions of barriers, intercoms and automatic payment machines,
and coordinate any request with the Executives and above. - Make sure that each car park and level is attended to, clean and well operational.
- Participate in the daily collection procedures and reports to be submitted to Finance
department. - Print reports from the central parking management system and co-ordinate with
Executives and above
